1. Scope
These terms govern access to the DORIS Commerce Technology website and any first-party marketing operations tools made available by BAILYHANGA CO., LIMITED. The platform is designed for authorized business use in support of our commerce and advertising operations.
2. Authorized use
You may connect or manage an advertiser, business, catalog or related account only if you have authority from its owner. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and comply with applicable laws and platform policies. You may not use DORIS to access unauthorized data, mislead users, interfere with services, evade platform controls or conduct unlawful advertising.
3. API connections
Third-party API access depends on approval, availability, permissions, rate limits and policies controlled by the relevant platform. Requested permissions must be relevant to the documented use case. We may suspend an integration to protect security, comply with a platform request or address suspected misuse.
4. Human control and responsibility
Automation assists authorized operators; it does not remove their responsibility to review campaign settings, creative content, budgets, audiences and legal compliance before changes are published. Business users remain responsible for actions submitted from their accounts.
5. Commerce information
Product availability, pricing, payment, shipping, returns and other sales terms are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order record. Website descriptions are general information and may be updated.
6. Intellectual property
The DORIS website, platform design, software and original content are owned by or licensed to BAILYHANGA CO., LIMITED. Third-party trademarks, interfaces and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the website and integrations available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. APIs and external services may change without our control. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and implied warranties are excluded.
8. Limitation and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, BAILYHANGA CO., LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website, third-party platforms or unauthorized account activity. Users are responsible for losses arising from their breach of these terms or misuse of connected accounts.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke an authorization at any time. We may restrict access where necessary for security, legal compliance, platform-policy compliance or material breach. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
