BAILYHANGA CO., LIMITED (百利恒佳有限公司) is a Hong Kong e-commerce and international trading company. We operate the DORIS commerce technology brand. Our business registration number is 71892442.
We sell products
Our commercial activities include e-commerce, physical product sales, import/export and international trade. We source products, prepare listings and operate stores for cross-border customers through online channels.
We operate online channels
Our team handles product information, store operations, orders, paid media and performance reporting across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Etsy and Shopify. Platform names describe the channels our workflows support; BAILYHANGA is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.
We develop software
DORIS is our internal commerce and campaign operations system. We develop secure OAuth integrations, catalog tools, bulk campaign workflows, monitoring, automated rules, reporting and human-reviewed AI assistance because these capabilities are part of our own day-to-day operating needs.
TikTok Marketing API use
Our intended TikTok Marketing API use is limited to BAILYHANGA’s own or explicitly authorized business and advertiser accounts. Approved workflows may include campaign creation and management, reporting, creative and catalog coordination, and privacy-conscious measurement. We do not request consumer TikTok passwords or act on unauthorized accounts.
How we handle access
We apply least-privilege access, server-side credential protection, traceable changes, authorization controls and published data-deletion procedures. Human operators remain responsible for decisions that create or materially change campaigns.
